Q: What does summer smart outfit for party day 2 mean?
A: Summer Smart is a wide term
As a man you can do jeans and a t-shirt or a dark suit (a tie is maybe a slight overkill, but also that is very welcome), most men will choose to dress up a bit (not jeans), colours are very welcome!
As a woman you can also do the jeans, but a skirt and top or a summer dress is usually the most popular, colours are very welcome!
Q: Do I need training gear?
A: No, you don’t, but if you like to be active and/or participate in some of the team activities, there is a lot of opportunities to do sports – we advise to bring.
Q: What type of clothes is it best to arrive in?
A: We expect warm weather and recommend shorts or light clothes. Either that you wear it also for the travel, or that you have it available to change upon arrival.
Flights
- Participants in group bookings will receive their ticket or booking reference at least 7 days before departure. If you arrive early or stay later, your flight should be booked individually. If unsure, check with your local contact.
- Please arrange your own transport to and from your local airport.
- Important: We want to leave the airport in Palma Mallorca swiftly. Please travel with hand luggage only.
Accommodation
- Due to limited capacity at Fortaleza, most participants will stay at the nearby hotel PortBlue Club Pollentia Resort & Spa. Participants staying at Fortaleza will be informed separately.
- For participants in twin rooms – information about who you will be sharing a room with will be provided closer to departure.
- Hotel check-in information: Please complete the form you have received per email, with your ID/passport details etc, to ensure a swift check-in experience.
Day 1 – Arrival Day
Direct transfer from airport to Fortaleza – you will only arrive at the hotel after the evening programme (if you want to change clothes, that will happen at Fortaleza). Be ready for activities upon arrival.
Day 2 – Main Day
Transport to Fortaleza after breakfast.
After daytime programme, there will be time to return to the hotel before dinner. If you bring what you need, you can stay at the venue throughout the day.
After the evening party, buses will transport everyone back to the hotel.
Day 3 – Departure Day
No official programme on the departure day. Transfers are arranged from both Fortaleza and the hotel to the airport, with some exceptions for those travelling outside standard transfer times (you will be notified separately).

The location
Fortaleza is an old fortress, with a dominant position outside Puerto Pollença in Mallorca, owned by Fredensborg since 2021. It is featured in series like The Night Manager, The Lioness S1/E8 and soon to come Mobland.
